UHMW POLYETHYLENE ROD  
     
UHMW-PE (ultra high molecular weight polyethylene) is an extremely tough and abrasion resistant thermoplastic that is used for applications that require durability and/or abrasive wear resistance. 
 
The key is UHMW's incredibly long molecular chain, which give UHMW a host of exceptional attributes such as high abrasion resistance, low coefficient of friction and unparalleled impact resistance, even in extreme sub-freezing temperatures.

Endurall manufactures UHMW rod in our plant located in Shreveport LA.  We exclusively use Ticona GUR resins so you know our quality is top notch.  Beware of other manufacturers that do not reveal the source of their resins ~  We use only the best in raw materials.  We manufacture UHMW rod in several sizes and can do so in a rainbow of colors (additional lead time required).

We use our rod to fabricate our own Endurance rod guides, that must endure the harshest of conditions in oil and gas wells.

"Reprocessed" UHMW
We reprocess our fabrication scraps and create a blend with our virgin resin to make a less expensive product with all of the same characteristics.  All of our reprocessed rod will be colored rod (standard colors are orange, green, brown, yellow & blue).
